The Vice-Chancellor has approved the sale of Change of Course Forms, which will begin on Tuesday, 11th November 2024.

  1. Seek Departmental Advice: Before filling out the form, students must consult the Head of the Department they are leaving and the Head of the Department they want to join.

  2. Use Second-Semester Results: Students should use their second-semester results to fill out the form unless they have deferred the semester.

  3. Required CGPA: To be eligible, students need a CGPA between 0.25 and 1.80.

  4. Proof of Payment: Forms can be collected from the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) office but must be submitted with proof of payment.

How to Apply for the ATBU Change of Course Form (2024/2025)
